下列所规定的最少休息时间是依照： (国家法，规则或集体合约) 1. 所有值班人员在任何24小时期间内，最少有10小时的休息。 2. 休息时间最多可分成二个期间，其中一个期间最少应达6小时。 3. 最少10小时的休息可减至连续的6小时，但不应超过2天，每7天的休息时限不少于70小时。 4. 本值班安排表应张贴在易于看到的地方。

The following minimum hours of rest are applicable in accordance with : (National law, regulation or collective bargaining agreement). 1. All duty officers/engineers and ratings shall be provided a minimum of 10 hours of rest in every 24-hours period. 2. The hours of rest may be divided into no more than two periods, one of which shall be at least 6 hours in length. 3. The minimum period of 10 hours may be reduced to not less than 6 consecutive hours for no ore than 2 days, provided 70 hours rest given each 7-day period. 4.
