摘要：A novel 3-acetyl-N-substituted-3-aminomethyltetrahydrofuran-2-one derivativeis represented by following Formula (1): wherein R, R and R are the same or different andare each a hydrogen atom or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group; and R and R are the sameor different and are each a hydrogen atom or an arylmethyl group which may have asubstituent, where at least one of R and R is an arylmethyl group which may have asubstituent. This compound can be prepared by aminomethylating an 3-acetyltetrahydrofuran-2-one derivative represented by following Formula (2): wherein R,R and R have the same meanings as above, by a reaction with formaldehyde or a polymerthereof and a primary or secondary amine represented by following Formula (3): whereinR and R have the same meanings as above.
