The drawbacks of the development of science and technology

As we all know ,the rapid development of science and technology has brought us too much convenience but the bad effects it has on us and the environment are huge and unexpected.

On the one hand ,with the development of the science and technology our environment has become worse and worse. For example, too many cars let out lot’s of harmful gas. The air is polluted seriously which every creature lives on. As the example above the air is polluted seriously, so are the water and the land.

On the other hand, besides the environment the rapid development of the science and technology has made lot’s of bad influence on our health spirit and ethics.

First, our body immunity has become weaker and weaker since we have been used to relying on the air-condition and cars and many other household appliances. We are short of exercise because we drive more and more frequently ,and we lose some opportunities to walk or ride on bicycles. And, we all know that many home appliances bring radiation which has much harm to our body.

Second ,with the development of the science and technology ,our living pace becomes quicker and quicker. As a result , we feel anxious and. our pressure becomes more and more . insomnia appears following the anxiety and pressure.

Finally ,how can we have a healthy body?

Third , the research of human cloning is a terrible collapse to the traditional ethics.

Last but not the least ,nowadays, we nearly never ponder independently and by ourselves because of the existence of internet .we are accustomed to search the internet to find answers. Our ability to think is decaying.

In the end what I want to say is that everything has two sides ,and the too rapid development of the science and technology is more detrimental than beneficial to society.
