摘要：There is provided a multilayer ceramic substrate having high transversestrength and suppressed warpage, in which delamination does not easily occur. Themultilayer ceramic substrate has a laminated structure including an inner layer portion (3)and surface layer portions (4 and 5), in which the thermal expansion coefficient of thesurface layer portions (4 and 5) is lower than the thermal expansion coefficient of theinner layer portion (3), the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between thesurface layer portions (4 and 5) and the inner layer portion (3) is 1.0 ppmK -1 or more,and the weight content of a component common to both a material constituting thesurface layer portions (4 and 5) and a material constituting the inner layer portion (3) is75o by weight or more.
