采访丘吉尔 (地点:丘吉尔的生日茶会)

记者1:嗨,J听说今天是首相的生日,对吧?
K:Hi, J I heard today is the prime minister's birthday, right? 记者2:是的。老板要我今天一定要采访到这位伟人呢。

记者1:为什么不一起去呢? K:Why not together?

(说着两位记者就向正在与人交谈的丘吉尔走去,这时邱吉尔的秘书上前拦住了他们„„)

(之后秘书再次回到丘吉尔身旁在他耳旁低语,与此同时两位记者去旁边休息区等候。)

记者1: 我们需要耐心地等着。 K:We need waited patiently.
记者2:如果能够成功采访到首相,我再同意不过了。

(两位记者闲聊中„„过了大约一个小时,丘吉尔结束其它交谈,对秘书说„„)

(秘书向正在休息的两位记者走去。)

S:Excuse me,the prime minister invite you to interview,please come with me。
丘吉尔:让你们久等了,记者先生。
Q:Keep you waiting for a long time,Journalist。
记者1: 我们很荣幸你今天能抽出时间来接受我们的采访。我记得你曾说过:“我只有热血,辛劳,汗水和眼泪贡献给大家。”
K:We're very honored today you can spare the time to accept our interview,Prime Minister。I remember you said:\" I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat.\"
丘吉尔:因为在我们面前,有许多许多漫长的斗争和苦难的岁月。因为我爱我的人民,爱我的国家。
Q:Because we have to face many months of struggle and suffering. I love my people and my country.
记者2:首相先生,听说你有个习惯,能说说吗?
J:The prime minister, I heard you have a habit, can you say about it? 丘吉尔:是的,如果有地方坐,我绝不站着,如果我躺着,绝不坐着。 Q:Yes, if I have a place to sit down, and I never stand, if I am lying down, never sit.
